The most common resolutions people\nmake are: exercise more, eat less, spend more time with family, get organized,\nsave money, learn a new skill. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>One thing that helps people succeed\nwith their resolutions is when they tell other people what those resolutions\nare. Therefore, we\u2019re going to write a resolution poem. First, think of three\nto five resolutions you would like to make this year. Then write a couplet (two\nlines that rhyme) about each resolution. Finally, share your poem with a friend\u2014and\nget the friend to write one too. Reread your poem (and your friend\u2019s) at least\nonce a month to remind yourself of what you\u2019re trying to do.
